Get Ready for Black Friday and Cyber Monday

To have your products in-stock and ready to ship for Black Friday and Cyber Monday start your preparation now.  The fulfillment team recommends you have all inventory into an Amazon fulfillment center by November 6th, 2019.

Planning for Holiday Gift Giving

If you’re planning any inbound FBA shipments for the holiday gift giving season,  have your products in an Amazon DC by December 3rd, 2019.  If you have your products in by the 3rd, you should be ready for peak Christmas shopping.  The hottest sales period is typically December 16th to December 23rd.

If you are preparing your own plan for the season here are some general guidelines to get your started.

  • 10-12 weeks before – Pick your product lineup
  • 7-9 weeks before – Prepare your stock and ship in product
  • 4-6 weeks before – Fine tune pricing and listing details
  • Final three weeks –  Advertise, create coupons, share promo codes.
